Delete your InventoryDoku account
An account is only used for the online leaderboard. You can delete it, and everything stored with it, at any time.
In the game
Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm. Your account and leaderboard entries are deleted straight away.
By email
No longer have the game? Email support@fantasyjam.io from the address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my InventoryDoku account. If you signed in with Google, use that Google account's email address. We'll delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, and any name and profile picture shared by Google.
- Your leaderboard name, best times, points and Employee of the Year shifts.
- The record at RevenueCat that links your purchases to your account.
What stays
- Your progress on your phone. It was never on our servers. Uninstalling the game removes it.
- Your purchases. They stay with the Google Play account you bought them with. After deleting, tap Restore purchases in the Shop to bring them back.
- Server request logs kept by our hosting provider, which expire on their own.
