InventoryDoku terms of service
These terms cover InventoryDoku, a puzzle game made by Fantasy Jam ("we"). By playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Questions go to support@fantasyjam.io.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and play InventoryDoku for your own non-commercial use. The game, its levels, art, sound and code belong to Fantasy Jam. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute them.
Accounts and the leaderboard
You can play without an account. An account is only needed for the online leaderboard and Employee of the Year rankings, and you must be at least 13 to create one.
- Keep access to your email or Google account secure. You're responsible for what happens on your InventoryDoku account.
- Choose a leaderboard name that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's name. We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.
- Play fair. Don't post results you didn't earn by playing, use modified versions of the game, automate play, or interfere with the leaderboard server. We may remove results and suspend accounts that do.
You can delete your account at any time; see how to delete your account.
Purchases
The game offers one-time purchases: No ads and premium skin collections. They're sold through Google Play at the price shown in the store, and Google Play's terms apply to the payment.
- A purchase gives you a licence to use that item in InventoryDoku. It stays with the Google Play account you bought it with. If you're signed in, it also follows your InventoryDoku account, so it comes with you to any phone where you sign in.
- Hints, hearts and other things you earn in the game have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- We won't take away an item you bought unless we have to, for example for legal reasons or after a refund. If we ever must remove one, we'll offer a replacement or a refund where the law requires it.
Refunds
Wherever you live, you can get a refund on any purchase, for any reason, within 15 days of buying it. After 15 days we look at requests case by case. The refunds and payment issues page explains how to ask.
This 15-day refund is in addition to your legal rights. For example, if you live in the EEA or the UK, the law gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content in some cases; our 15-day refund covers that period whatever you agreed to at checkout. Your rights if an item is faulty or isn't delivered are not affected.
Ads
The game shows ads from Google AdMob, including optional videos you can watch for a heart refill or a hint. The privacy policy explains what ads collect and how to change your ad choices.
Other services
Parts of the game rely on other companies: Google Play for downloads and payments, Google AdMob for ads, Clerk for sign-in and RevenueCat for purchase records. Their own terms apply to their services.
Changes to the game
We keep improving InventoryDoku, so levels, features and the online leaderboard may change. We may also pause or end online features. Your progress on your phone is yours to keep for as long as you have the game installed.
No warranty
We work hard to make the game reliable, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that leaderboard results will never be lost.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Fantasy Jam isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live that can't be excluded.
Ending these terms
You can stop playing at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections about ownership, purchases and liability continue to apply after that.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also tell you in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where you live, which is normally the country of your Google Play account. If a dispute can't be settled with us directly, you can take it to the courts of that country.
General
These terms, together with the privacy policy and the refunds page, are the whole agreement between you and us about the game. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@fantasyjam.io; most problems can be fixed quickly.
