Refunds and payment issues

Every InventoryDoku purchase goes through Google Play. Google handles the payment; we never see your card details.

Our 15-day refund

Changed your mind? You can get a refund on any InventoryDoku purchase, for any reason, within 15 days of buying it, wherever you live. There are two ways to ask.

Getting a refund

Within 48 hours of buying (fastest)

Ask Google Play directly:

  1. Go to play.google.com and sign in with the account you bought with.
  2. Select your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history.
  3. Find the InventoryDoku order and select Report a problem.
  4. Choose the option that fits, say you'd like a refund, and submit.

Google usually decides within a day, and at most within four. Google's refund help page has more detail.

From 48 hours to 15 days

Google Play sends later requests to us. Email support@fantasyjam.io with your Google Play order number. It starts with GPA. and is in the receipt email from Google Play. You don't need to give a reason.

We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days, and pay the refund back through Google Play to your original payment method.

After 15 days

Email us your order number and what went wrong, and we'll look at it case by case. If an item is faulty or never arrived, we'll fix it or refund it however long ago you bought it.

If the same item is bought and refunded again and again, we may decline later refunds for it.

After a refund

The refunded item is removed from your game. After a No ads refund the ads come back; after a skin collection refund its skins switch back to the defaults. Your progress and everything else stay as they are.

A purchase made by a child

If a child bought something without your permission, request a refund through Google Play within 48 hours as above, or email us with the order number after that. We treat these requests generously, even after 15 days. To stop it happening again, turn on Require authentication for purchases in the Play Store's settings, or use Google Family Link.

Payment issues

I paid, but the item isn't in my game

Still missing? Email us your order number and we'll sort it out. Google's help for in-app purchase problems covers more cases.

New phone or reinstalled the game

Sign in to your InventoryDoku account and your purchases come back by themselves. Not signed in? Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases while the Play Store uses the Google account you bought with; that works without an InventoryDoku account.

My payment was declined

Payments are processed by Google, so declined cards and payment methods are handled in your Google Play payment settings. Google Play Help can help if it keeps happening.

A charge I don't recognise, or I was charged twice

Check your Google Play order history first. If something still looks wrong, email us the order numbers and we'll check them with Google Play. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: we can usually fix it faster.

We will never ask for your card number, bank details or Google password. Anyone who does isn't us.

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including if an item is faulty or wasn't delivered. Purchases are also covered by the terms of service.
